Planara Leaders operates the website at leaders.planara.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or contact us, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

What we collect

Contact form submissions. When you use the contact form or book an introductory call, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, work email, company, role, and the message you write to us. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and continue the conversation if there is mutual interest.

Scheduling. Our intro-call scheduler is provided by Cal.com. If you book a call, Cal.com processes the booking on our behalf under their own privacy policy.

Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. Plausible aggregates anonymous page-view counts, referrers, and approximate location at the country level.

No tracking cookies. This site does not set tracking cookies. No advertising pixels, no third-party trackers, no session replay.

How we use information

• To reply to your inquiry and evaluate whether there is a fit.
• To send the occasional follow-up email related to your inquiry.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages of the site are useful.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for profiling. We do not send marketing campaigns — we only respond to people who contacted us.

How long we keep it

We retain contact-form and booking information for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for our internal records of past conversations. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so promptly.

Where your data is stored

Data is processed and stored by service providers we use to operate the site — our hosting provider (Vercel), our transactional email provider (Resend), our scheduler (Cal.com), and our analytics provider (Plausible). Each of these has its own security practices.

Your rights

If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Receive a portable copy of your data.
• Object to our processing.
